Dale E. Kraft was a vocational teacher at Hamilton High School for many years. Through his innovative program, he directed the building of Construction Trades Class houses, homes built at a low cost because of tremendous community support from suppliers and tradesmen. The homes were then auctioned, and the proceeds now make this scholarship possible.
