Amounts donated to the FHSF, including contributions “in memoriam” of any person or on behalf of any cause, which are not clearly designated at the time (or within one year thereafter) as a contribution to an existing scholarship or other existing fund of FHSF, shall be treated as general donations to FHSF. General donations shall be allocated in the discretion of the FHSF, acting through its board of directors, to its overall mission, including without limitation, to the alumni scholarship fund or other permanent or temporary fund. If a donor desires to create a separate scholarship or other permanently restricted fund, the donor must notify FHSF of such intent within one year (or other mutually agreed-upon date) of the donation or collection of identifiably-related donations. FHSF welcomes requests to fund new scholarships or permanently restricted funds, but minimum funding requirements and other basic terms apply.
